Formal Education: 

Secondary education

Working Experience:

Service and customer care experience are considered a plus

PC:

MS office, Outlook, SAP, Excel and web based utilities

Language:

Fluent English and Fluent Czech OR Slovak

 Purpose of the job:

Develop Atlas Copco service solutions for small and medium sized companies.

 

Principal accountabilities:

  1. Account management identifying and developing strong professional relationships in different levels
  2. Explore new business opportunities to up and cross sell while effectively leveraging resources
  3. Improve customer retention through increased client satisfaction
  4. Design customers solutions based on broadly business and product analysis
  5. Prioritize sales activities combined with an efficient time management routine
  6. Implement the customer prospection and research data combined with a strong call planning
  7. Continuously development of the product and service portfolio knowledge
  8. Responsible for the results in terms of top line and profitability assigned with the Customer Center
  9. Lead and implement the continuous follow-up process ensuring no delays on sales service renewals
  10. Effective activity and call reporting as well as the full sales data enabling analytics studies
  11. Proactive and proper CRM usage improving customer service experience
  12. Work in close cooperation with the Data team to developing and implementing scripts and processes
  13. Collaborate closely with the Customer Center teams
  14. Follow up the outcomes delivery desired and agreed with the customer
