Your Role
Employer Branding Promotion:
- Understand business needs, establish target university groups, cooperate with target universities and maintain good relationships with them.
- Organize various employer branding activities, such as Graduate/Intern Open Day, Atlas Copco Discovery Journey and other events.
- Enhance Employer Branding influences through media and campus ambassadors.
- Organize campus recruitment activities, including online and offline presentations, and follow-up.
Recruitment Operations:
- Coordinate and guide the campus recruitment team, including but not limited to interviewer training, recruitment process optimization, and candidate experience enhancement.
- Post campus recruitment information, screen resumes, arrange interviews, coordinate internal resources to provide feedback to candidates.
- Manage recruitment systems and tools to ensure the smooth progress of recruitment activities.
Follow up on recruitment effectiveness:
- Analyze campus recruitment data, evaluate recruitment effectiveness and adjust Campus recruitment strategies accordingly to improve efficiency and quality.
Follow up during the graduation period:
- Responsible for communicating Graduate /Intern talent needs among departments to ensure that graduates/interns meet the required output;
- Responsible for the learning and development of graduates/interns during the program period, including program kick off, onboarding training, job rotation, and project close; actively communicate with graduates and department and give feedback accordingly.
- Continuously track the quality of graduate/intern program, evaluate effectiveness, establish evaluation mechanisms, maintain and establish talent pool for graduates;
Assist in conducting social recruitment and onboarding training of social recruitment positions;
Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resource management, marketing or related fields.
- Fluent in English listening and speaking, able to use English as a working language.
- More than 3 years of HR related work experience, campus recruitment management experience is preferred.
- Having excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively influence teams and collaborate across departments.
- Strong sense of responsibility and service, ability to withstand pressure.
- Good data analysis skills, adept at identifying problems from data and proposing improvement measures.
