Cargo: Global HRIS Analyst NASA
Join our Digital HR Journey to create value in operations through intelligent talent development solutions. The mission of this position will be to drive adoption of these solutions among the HR community and end users, leveraging HR resources and expertise to fully utilize global digital HR applications, and provide training, day-to-day support and ongoing interactions, effectively collaborating with the Process and Innovation (P&I) team in the implementation and enhancement of our applications.
Mission and Main Responsibilities:
- HR and end user's general application tickets solving through Service Desk;
- Come up with solutions for optimization and better use of the systems for end users and HR community and propose solutions to P&I team and/or Change Advisory Board;
- Employee master data quality assurance;
- Support standard HR reporting and ad-hoc reports on global level, support users on local level to be self-sufficient with reporting tools at their disposal;
- Support mass data uploads;
- Increase understanding and usage of the systems by educating the key-user community with regular meetings and trainings;
- Participate and contribute within streams (system module-wise) with ticket resolution and analysis, participation in global projects and other system-development activities;
- Update wiki and/or other relevant documentation after system and/or workbook updates;
- Support with other documentation (training guides and presentations).

Knowledge and Experience
- Academic Background: Complete Higher Education;
- Language: Fluent/ Advanced English;
- Advanced user of Windows Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors related modules is a plus (Employee Central, Talent, PM/GM, Recruiting) will be a plus;
- Understanding of people management processes such as hiring to retirement, recruiting or talent management from a business operations perspective is a plus;
- Experience leading projects is a plus.
