Within business area Power Technique, we use applications for supporting the business worldwide. These applications cover areas such as eCommerce, Customer Relationship Management, Product Information Management, Marketing automation.
The Role
The functional analyst will be the liaison for the business with a strong focus on our customer centers globally when it comes to the capturing requirements for our current and future development and improvements of these systems. You will be a valuable member of the team responsible for ensuring the IT applications used are working fine, by monitoring availability and performance, ensuring a good user adoption, following up on (preventive) maintenance activities and introducing continuous improvements. You interact very efficiently by clearly understanding and capturing the business requirements, and also understanding the technicalities to challenge whenever needed.
You will report to the Portfolio Manager Customer Center and Client-facing applications in the Power Technique IT team.
Experience requirements
You have some relevant experience preferably with sales & marketing applications in a complex international landscape.
- You have a high school or university degree in an marketing, engineering or IT discipline relevant to the job or similar through work experience.
- You capture business requirement and convert these into IT requirements, taking into account de overall IT Strategy and Security guidelines
- You monitor the functionality of our customer and client-facing applications
- You have the ability to make yourself confident with the different domains of IT especially with the SAP CX Stack
- You define and describe improvements based on use cases and/or user stories
- You have a solid experience documenting business processes
- You have experience in Agile environments are a plus and you have a agile mindset
- Working in a team of independently? You enjoy both equally
- Your flexible, pressure proof, accurate and hands-on, able to set priorities and manage deadlines
- You have a solid interest in digital trends and cloud technologies
We are a global team working in a hybrid model, so you have the option to work 2 days a week from your home office. You will be based in our head office in Aartselaar, Antwerp.
