The Role
Ensure strict criteria for invoice processing (Esker scanning) onto relevant SAP Systems accurately and timely basis, in accordance with VTBA policies and procedures. Daily invoice checking and booking of suppliers, Monthly AP aging analysis,Monthly suppliers accounts reconciliation, AP accounts clearing, AP and Prepayment arrangement; Deal with all telephone and email Queries.
Provide high quality customer service to the stakeholders, in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
Work closely with the team leader to suggest ways of developing and improving the efficiencies of the AP function and the service provided to relevant business users and suppliers.

What we expect of you?
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Good communication (spoken and written in both English & Chinese)
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office software, etc.
- Additional certification of Accounting is preferred. Knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate accounting matters in a clear and concise manner.
