Financial Analyst, Group IT
A high-quality IT environment is a must to stay competitive in an increasingly interconnected world. Atlas Copco´s digital journey continues, to enable us to run business at full speed. We are now looking for a financial analyst of Group IT function.
You will be part of a team of 5 people reporting to the Business Controller Team Lead, Group IT.
Job description
- Highly involved in month-end closing process, provide necessary information Group IT controllers needed for reviewing/comments
- Reconciling Group IT sales bridge (billing reports) vs CCR (cost center reports), 2OP(income statement) vs CCR reports , follow up on preliminary reports
- In general, checking timeliness and corrections of monthly reports
- Analyzing Trends and deviations, helping to raise yellow and red flags as required
- Update monthly existing various power BI reports for analysis purpose, eg. PPM , CCR, sales bridge , YOY bridge, Plan vs actual bridge
- Strong Power BI skills for ad hoc reports creation per requirement from management teams , IT Board, and business areas
- Interface with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement on process and cost efficiency
- Support for Group IT financial forecast and planning
- To answer and follow up on requests from stakeholders (corporate, business area, divisions, etc)
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager
Knowledge Requirements
- You have a university degree in Accounting, Finance Business Administration or equivalent experience
- You have strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficient in Power BI, excel and other MS Office applications
- You are fluent in English, spoken and written
- Ability to implement standards and operating metrics
