Work independently for daily service work, such as project start up, installation, regular maintenance, customer’s training and final acceptance sheet collects etc.
Work independently on troubleshooting, problem solving in the field.
Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving until closed.
Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip and associate customer set up the machine spare part list.
Working closely with sales team & project team to satisfy customer;
Assist Service Manager or Service Team Leader to train new technician in technical skills, product knowledge in accordance with Atlas Copco’s standard.
Provide technical and quality feedback to the technical specialist/Quality department according to customer’s feedback;
Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report;
Working with another relevant department.
