Your role
To make installations and troubleshootings of Data Driven Services (Demeter) – Process Control Systems (Pivotware) – Visual position control systems (Nexonar). Analysis of LOGs. Share Start-Up report.
To make installations and troubleshootings of Tightening Systems. Perform lite optimization if include. Share Start-Up report.
Take systems backups before and after every actions.
Make sure minimum system requeriments provides with Customer-IT departments.
Make data analysis collected from systems.
Perform remote interventions to systems.
To make software updates and firmware updates for tightening systems.
Create, escalate and follow-up support tickets, quality claims (QCMs). Gather all necessary informations for these.
Close contact with software global support teams.
After work is done on field or remotely prepare Work Orders and service reports for the finding and results.
Participating to assigned trainings (Global Learning Platforms) and transferring this knowledge to internal operations.
Actively seek customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction and deliver value to the customer.
To succeed, you will need
Logical flow minded.
Understanding IT terminology and how different systems interface with each other (Open Protocol etc.)
Network knowledge (TCP-IP, Permissions, LDAP, Authentication, Certification, Network captures like wireshark)
Database knowledge for installation and troubleshooting for SQL DB (Schema, Query) and RavenDB (JSON files, clustering, High Availability). ACID compliance knowledge, Create small scripts, run commands.
Windows operation skills (Services, Remote Desktop, network settings, server-virtual machine)
Basic programming skills (Python, C Sharp)
Basic Automation skills.
University degree in engineering
Office programs skills
Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
B driving licence
