The Role
Carry out the installation, commissioning, planned maintenance, trouble shooting and field support in tsmc.
• Understand customers' requests and report to Field Service Team Leader.
• Required to work both as part of a team and on your own, self motivated and self disciplined and a customer sensitive approach to work is required.
• Respond to out of hours calls, to ensure that the response time of 2 hours is maintained.
What we expect of you?
Skills and experience
• Experience in field service activities would be an advantage.
• Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
• Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics is plus.

• A good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Inter-personal and communication skills are required in order to build sound relationships with customers.
