- To ensure the plant and equipment’s maximum uptime including building and are maintained at the highest levels for production using efficient, corrective, planned and preventative maintenance.
- Designing maintenance schedule, procedures and methods for plant and facilities.
- Lead projects to undertake machine moves or equipment installation as required.
- Participate and support about facilities' development of each department's project.
- Acquisition of legal qualification requirements and perform relevant work which relevant regulations, building codes, health and safety standards.
- Planned maintenance of production facilities such as compressors, chiller, AHU, transformer room and paint shop.
- Monitoring activity and control the equipment’s conditions for ensuring the maximum performance.
- Overseeing and safety training contractors performing maintenance activities.
- Periodic inspection of the Utilities for efficient energy management
Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
At least 5 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role.
Experience with MS office.
Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
