Your Role
Mission
Your mission is to develop and implement regional sales & marketing strategy and initiatives and achieve sales target in responsible territory and maximize company's profits.
Responsibilities
-Take sales and marketing initiatives to achieve sales target in assigned region and maximize company's profits.
-Focus on developing sales channels, both direct and indirect, in line with sales revenue and always with cost efficiency objectives and profit growth in mind.
-To lead sales team to approach new customers and distributors, listen to and identify customers’ needs, and provide optimized solution so as to meet customer needs.
-Pro-actively lead and participate in large projects, conduct timely tracking and coordination to ensure the success of projects.
-Conduct tracking and coordination of key customers, maintain long-term customer relationship.
-Responsible for regional distributor network and OEM development, product exhibition and training organization.
-Continuously develop market share from distributor’s loyalty improvement.
-To carry out market investigation and provide market information and reference data for superior to establish price policy and market share of products.
-Providing sales & product marketing support for sales team in terms of big project, market segmentation, competitive intelligence and branding.
-Collect feedback on product, delivery and service issues etc., and organize related departments to discuss and develop solutions for continuous improvement.
-To follow the group rules, processes and procedures as presented in “The Way” as well as other regulations in company to ensure that the policies are followed by the employees in your area of responsibility.
-Manage sales process by C4C implementation, improve sales efficiency & opportunity management.
-Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable and overdue.
-To keep relationship with order processing and logistic team to ensure machine’s delivery orderly.
-To coordinate with service team to provide efficient after sales service to achieve customer satisfaction.
-Follow the SHEQ Policy of company and customer site.
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
-More than 5 years’ sales experience in machinery sales, with experience of air compressor or air treatment equipment is preferred
-At least 3 years’ sales management experience
Knowledge/Educational requirements
-Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent
-Good computer skill
-Good English skill both in reading & written, spoken is plus
