The Role
As a Customer Service Representative working for Atlas Copco Power Technique North America, you would:
- Answer incoming phone calls and email from customers providing stock balances, pricing, and availability.
- Enter parts orders into SAP
- Investigate issues relating to inventory, pricing, deliveries and technical issues.
- Track incoming shipments and back orders.
- Maintain technical documentation and resources.
- Participate in employee development programs including product and applications training.
- Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of parts and a solid understanding of our customers and business.
- Provide team coverage during absences.

What we expect of you?
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Four (4) years of customer service experience preferably in a similar work environment.
