We’re looking for a driven Business Process Expert who’s ready to play a key role in transforming how we work. You’ll help define and implement smarter rental processes across a new global business system that will power our future growth—and improve how we serve customers worldwide.
Context
Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is on a bold digital transformation journey. With ambitious growth targets, we’re building a next-generation business system that will standardize and harmonize our end-to-end processes. Our solution, developed within the Salesforce ecosystem and connected to SAP, will be rolled out globally to improve operational excellence, elevate customer experience, and future-proof our organization.
You’ll strengthen the global SPARK project team, working alongside Business Process Managers, Key Users, and Integration Leads to turn business needs into a scalable, user-friendly reality.
You will report to the BPM Rental.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Act as the hands-on expert for rental operations within the quote-to-cash process.
- Co-lead all project phases: preparation, fitment, realization, hypercare, and beyond.
- Run process deep-dives with regional Business Key Users to identify what’s changing, assess fit/gaps, and analyze change impacts.
- Validate regional input, always balancing local needs with the global ERP template.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and validate system specs with our technical teams.
- Own the testing and training preparation for your area of expertise.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, roles, and workflows.
Experience requirements
- Experience: 3+ years working in or with rental operations and strong familiarity with quote-to-cash processes. ERP project exposure and agile working are a plus.
- Tech Know-How: Working knowledge of Salesforce; SAP experience is a bonus.
- Mindset: Analytical, curious, and energized by improvement opportunities.
- Global Readiness: Comfortable working in an international, multicultural context.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

Country and city description
This position is preferably based in Boom, Belgium – although other locations can be considered in case you’re willing to travel to Belgium on a regular basis. For applicants from abroad, local+ conditions will apply upon relocation to Belgium.
