Your role:
The mission of this position is to enhance our people analytics capabilities by developing and improving reporting solutions. Leveraging Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, you will drive actionable workforce insights on a global scale:
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver clear, interactive, and actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Utilizing Microsoft Fabric to integrate and manage data sources, optimize data pipelines, and ensure robust data structures for reporting.
- Assisting with the technical aspects of people analytics projects, including requirements gathering, data modelling, and report design.
- Designing reports that support complex business requirements while being understandable and user-friendly.
- Supporting data quality initiatives, including data validation, cleansing, and integration from multiple sources.
- Collaborating with technical teams to streamline data workflows, ensuring Power BI solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs.
- Supporting global HR initiatives and working closely with stakeholders.
To succeed, you will need:
- Strong skills in Power BI development, including experience with DAX and data modelling.
- 2+ years of experience in developing BI solutions, including data integration, pipeline development, and managing data environments.
- Experience translating business requirements into data visualizations, with an understanding of how reports enable data storytelling.
- A solid foundation in database concepts, data manipulation, and working with structured datasets.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions and HR data structures; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and Python; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or similar, is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
