Your role  

As an Application Ownership & Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing the support organization for PT solutions. You will guide support questions or requests and handle them with your technical counterpart. You will take ownership of requests and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for our business while resolutions will be provided by various teams. You will take an active lead in setting up a correct support structure and key-user support organization, aiming for zero support.  

Additionally, you will manage various initiatives to ensure program stability and system monitoring is in place. In this role, you will combine an analyst role—providing product/procedure documentation, system analysis, and change requests—with a project manager role—planning, stakeholder communication, governance structure, and regular program updates on existing programs. 

You will report to the Product Company Portfolio Manager.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in stakeholder management, project management, and service management. Experience in program testing is a strong advantage. 

• Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of technical concepts relevant to the role, including familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, and methodologies. 

• Presentation skills: Proficient in creating clear and to-the-point presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, crucial for effectively conveying information to stakeholders and decision-makers. 

• Stress management: Able to handle stress and adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility. 

• Strong communicator: Able to articulate ideas clearly and listen effectively to understand others' perspectives. Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate team members and build relationships with stakeholders.

We are part of PT-IT (Power Technique - Information Technology), which delivers IT and digitalization services to the Power Technique (PT) business area of Atlas Copco.  The department operates from the Power Technique (PT) headquarters located in Antwerp, Belgium. PT-IT was founded in 2016 and employs about +60 people.
