Mission:
Responsible for promoting and selling CTS products to key account customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and sustainable business growth. Develop strong relationships with main stakeholders to understand customer needs and priorities, fostering business growth. Fully develop the aftermarket portfolio within Key Accounts. Reports to the Sales Manager CTS.
Job Responsibilities:
CTS Key Account Manager reports to CTS Sales Manager for all aspects of marketing, sales and service activities within the Department.
His duties shall include but not limited to:
- Act as the main contact for all key account customers (KAC) at headquarters.
- Develop market share and product penetration for the Service Division.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in identified Key Accounts.
- Coordinate with other Salesmen nationwide to create suitable product and service offers.
- Handle inquiries from key account customers via email or phone for potential sales.
- Prepare and discuss quotations/proposals using IQ2 and C4C platforms.
- Analyze customer data to prioritize service plan agreements.
- Sell products across the service ladder to key account customers.
- Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and forums to enhance AC presence.
- Promote Service Products to increase Customer and Market Share, improving aftermarket contract ratios and units under service.
- Implement a Connectivity plan to connect more units to the SMARTLink platform and promote license options and remote audits.
- Collaborate with Operations and Equipment Divisions to optimize Service product sales and focus on customer satisfaction and NPS results.
Experience Requirements
- Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in sales of industrial equipment or service solutions.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and strong communication and collaboration skills
- Customer Management, key accounts management experience and networking capacity is a must.
- Strong customer focus and understanding of the processes to support high quality service.
- Good understanding of the service business, its challenges, goals and trends.
- You have a proven ability to problem solve and think critically, all with an innovative approach.

Education Requirements:
- Possess a university degree with a technical or commercial focus, or equivalent experience.
