CTS division is responsible for all aftermarket business including support and service to our customers. To further strengthen engineering team of CTS wuxi Hub, we are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to create customer value by increasing the performance and serviceability of our filter designs.

You are responsible to define aftermarket guidelines towards other engineering teams and overlook validation and implementation on a global scale.

You will report to engineering team leader and work very closely with the other CTS departments in the Wuxi (China) and Airpower (Belgium).

You will have frequent contact with other engineering teams in product company.

Your tasks but not limited to :

• You will be responsible for the follow-up of divisional equipment projects in wuxi, driving innovation and customer value by enhancing the performance and serviceability of our filter designs.
• You are the driving force to adopt these qualified parts in the entire product portfolio within all divisions and product companies.
• You will actively manage projects from feasibility to serial production, overseeing validation and testing of various concepts to develop a comprehensive catalog of aftermarket consumables for all compressor ranges.
• You will make functional specifications, creating test procedures, and coordinating the qualification process. You will stay informed about the latest advancements in filtration technology and serve as the go-to technical expert for stakeholders.
• You will assist to build up test competence (inhouse or outsource) for filters.
• You'll be a key promoter of our aftermarket strategy, driving innovation and excellence at a cross-divisional level.

Competence and qualification:

• Major in Engineering or similar through experience, strong technical background is required, prefer in the field of filtration
• familiar with filter test procedures and test facility set-up
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Computer skills (MS office). Inventor or another CAD-program experience is an asset.
• Team player, but able to work individual
• Proven track record in project management & product development
• Self-start and critical thinking
