
Eurochiller Srl, part of the Atlas Copco Group, is a Leading European designer and manufacturer of customized chillers and thermoregulation units, with a specific focus on plastic applications with a Full-in house design, assembly and testing activities.
The company has two fully-certified production sites located in North of Italy and Slovakia.
Eurochiller is now looking for a new Project Engineer electrical design based in the Slovakia, Site in Nitra.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll focus on the detailed design of electrical panels that are used in different types of products going from chillers to compressors, dryers, etc.
You will be working closely together with engineering teams inside the AC organization.
You will support the methods engineer with guaranteeing proper assembly and verification of control panels, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations (IEC, UL, CSA, ATEX, IEEE, …).
What You Will Do
- Translate external designs into production-ready solutions.
- Work in close partnership with international engineering teams.
- Consult EPLAN projects to complete data and streamline production.
- Release of technical spec and documentation such as bills of materials and wire assemblies according to specifications.
- Evaluate generic materials and identify alternatives (e.g., wires, cable ducts, DIN rails…).
- Coordinate and follow-up of prototype and testing for cubicle design
- Verifying and making technical and economical choices in a project
- Optimize and implement tools and processes for control panel production.
- Guide UL inspections to ensure compliance.
- Support production & service in case of problems with controls or electrical design.
You take initiative and cooperate on continuous improvement of the new product development and the engineering process in general.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
