Your role

We are seeking an E-Business Development Manager to join the Compressor Technique Service Division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the division’s digital strategy, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and accelerating online business growth.

You will lead key initiatives to expand and optimize our e-commerce platforms, increase digital adoption across markets, and support the transition to a digital-first customer engagement model. Working closely with global and local stakeholders, you will ensure effective implementation of digital solutions across customer centers worldwide.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and IT—you will strengthen online sales capabilities, improve product data management, and contribute to the delivery of a seamless and scalable digital ecosystem. You will also play a key role in aligning business and IT priorities, ensuring that digital initiatives deliver measurable value and support long-term growth.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of digital transformation and e-business environments. Experience working in a global, matrix organization and the ability to influence across functions will be key to success in this position.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of divisional strategy, product portfolio, pricing models, and end-to-end business processes
  • Experience in digital business transformation and e-commerce environments
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and CPQ systems and their business integration
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and organizational change
  • Customer center experience and understanding of go-to-market and marketing processes
