 Legal

Legal advice, contracts, disputes, merger and acquisitions, corporate housekeeping, … your mission is to help our business thrive by making sound agreements, minimizing risks, and finding solutions where needed.

Communication

Compliance

It’s important to be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to international trade. You coordinate and organize compliance and conduct internal audits.

Finance, Tax & Business controlling

The accounts must be accurate, and our taxes paid – that’s your responsibility. You support the business and report on the company’s financial position. You give advice to the management and contribute to the organization’s long-term goals. 

Management Assistant

From planning to organizing, you are the backbone of well-functioning teams. You support various projects and events. 

In Business Services-functions:

  • you operate at the intersection of business and governance
  • you combine subject-matter expertise with business acumen
  •  you have a sharp eye, analytical skills, strong organizational and coordination skills, and have the capacity to think in scenarios without losing sight of the practical side
  •  you analyze risks, advice on opportunities and/or proactively contribute to how we can remain efficient, compliant and competitive as an organization
