2025 marked a milestone for Atlas Copco New Zealand and Ash Air, part of the Atlas Copco Group New Zealand, as the two companies came together for the first joint year-end celebration and Employee Excellence Awards, while continuing to operate independently.
The event brought staff from both companies together to recognise employee excellence, collaboration, and shared values, celebrating the people behind the performance without merging day-to-day operations. The gathering highlighted how each company contributes individually to delivering safe, reliable, and high-performance solutions to customers across New Zealand.

The inaugural joint celebration featured the Employee Excellence Awards, celebrating individuals and teams from both Atlas Copco New Zealand and Ash Air. Award categories included:
