Your role

  • Build and execute a demand generation strategy focused on pipeline growth and brand awareness 

  • Design and run integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels 

  • Generate and develop high-quality leads (MQL → SQL → opportunities) 

  • Work closely with Sales to align efforts and convert leads into real business opportunities 

To succeed, you will need

Must-have

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or business development
  • Proven experience with lead generation and pipeline building
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA, AEM etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and demand drivers
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to work with metrics like MQL, SQL, conversion rates, pipeline value
  • Excellent English communication skills 

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in B2B environments (technology, industrial, SaaS)
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools
  • Additional language skills
