What You’ll Do
- Drive global innovation: Lead the development of our modular Automated Tightening Cell platform, expanding its value across international markets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work with Marketing, R&D, and Project Execution to continuously improve solutions.
- Maximize efficiency: Integrate operational feedback to optimize project costs, labor, and execution.
- Understand customer needs: Anticipate market trends and evolving requirements to deliver full customer value.
- Prioritize impact: Guide R&D, define new product functionalities, and secure strategic pilot projects.
- Enable global sales: Share knowledge, provide training, and support teams worldwide in selling automation solutions effectively.
- Shape strategy: Use competitor insights and best practices to refine global automation initiatives.

What You Bring
Must-Have:
- Deep technical understanding in Engineering, robotics or mechatronics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation or machine building.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively (>50%) to customer sites, Automation Innovation Center and Customer Centers
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience leading global product initiatives or modular automation platforms.
- Familiarity with the automotive or general industry market.
