Your role

As a Customer Care Coordinator.

You will

  • Support Sales Administration per EDWARDS rules to assist customers and Key Account Managers.Collaborate with sales and departments to meet goals.Prepare quotes and follow up.Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including technical and pricing questions.
  • Process orders, prioritize fulfillment, and handle technical queries with proper teams.
  • Record customer contacts and update files and systems. Participate in customer follow-ups and sales programs.
  • Track deliveries and provide invoices. Build relationships with customer accounting. Report delivery/service issues to Service Technology Center promptly.
  • Manage after-sales support, warranty claims, credits, account queries, and payment follow-ups.
  • Support Key Account Managers daily. Provide regular reports on payments, invoices, and deliveries. Follow EHS guidelines per Document No. ESP05.
  • Complete tasks assigned by managers. Scope: Domestic. Work closely with Sales and Service to meet customer needs efficiently.

  1. Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills to build customer relationships and manage teams. Understands Total Quality Management.
  2. Excellent administrative and organizational skills with experience managing complex computerized systems.
  3. Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  5. Familiar with sales office systems, import/export procedures, letters of credit, incoterms, customs, customer inspection, and payment processes.
  6. Degree in business or technical fields with at least 1 year in sales administration and import/export.
  7. Experience with industrial or vacuum products.
