We’re looking for a hands-on Procurement Engineer – Casting Specialist to join our growing global team. Based in the Kolhapur or Belgaum region, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing and managing casted components for our manufacturing hubs in Dubai and Australia
What you’ll do:
Identify and develop qualified foundry suppliers for casted pump components
Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality and capacity standards
Negotiate cost-effective contracts while maintaining supplier relationships
Collaborate with engineering to understand technical specifications and ensure alignment
Track supplier performance, lead times, and production readiness
Resolve quality issues in coordination with QA/SQA teams and drive improvement plans
Contribute to sourcing strategies in line with global procurement objective
What you’ll need:
A mechanical or metallurgical engineering degree
Experience with casting procurement or foundry operations
Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills
