Your role

As a Service Planner, you will be the first point of contact for our Field Service Engineers and a key partner for our customers. Your mission is to ensure excellent service delivery by proactively planning service jobs, coordinating resources, and maintaining smooth operational flow.

You will

  • Manage, allocate and release open service orders to Field Service Engineers.
  • Coordinate and confirm service visits with customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Monitor job progress, maintain precise customer and equipment records, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the team by addressing operational issues and collaborating with Operations Managers, other Planners, Team Leaders and technicians.
  • Manage spare parts needs, inventory checks, and safety authorizations as part of the service order flow.
  • Ensure high service levels for customers by prioritizing tasks, scheduling efficiently, and contributing to high first‑time‑fix performance.

  • Have strong scheduling and communication skills — you coordinate updates with customers and the team via phone and email.
  • Can quickly resolve operational issues and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Are detail‑oriented and maintain accurate documentation, order records and planning data.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Communicate fluently in Czech; English (intermediate)
  • Are skilled in MS Office and comfortable with administrative processes.
  • Have customer‑centric thinking and strong interpersonal skills.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely (max 2 days per week) and being on-site at our offices Průmyslová 10, Prague 10
