What will be your responsibilities?

• First and foremost, it is important to respond quickly to customer enquiries and requests. But that’s not all.
• You will build customer share by offering additional products and services and by following up on quotes to set up and drive online meetings.
• You will identify parts, create up-selling opportunities, and confidently interact with regional sales team members in the Netherlands to ensure fast delivery of quotes and information.
• The overall aim of the role is to provide supporting proposals for our spare parts customers, up-sell from base enquiries, and work proactively to target new and repeat business from both historic customers and new enquiries.

To succeed, you will need

• This role could be a great opportunity for:

-an experienced, commercially aware professional with an understanding of engineering products and the markets they are supplied to,

-as well as for a junior, highly motivated candidate who is willing to work hard and learn everything needed. We offer training and support to ensure the right person is successful in the role.

• A very good level of Dutch and English is required.
• You should be able to spot trends, identify opportunities related to these trends, and pursue them using online tools such as LinkedIn.
