Your role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the planning team (typically 10–15 employees).
  • Take responsibility for long-term planning activities.
  • Coordinate capacities, materials, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure the accuracy of forecasts and planning outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead initiatives related to onboarding, reporting enhancements and global development activities

To succeed, you will need

  • Ability to make decisions based on data and analytical insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills across departments (technicians, logistics, sales).
  • Leadership capabilities, including team motivation, providing feedback, and developing employees.
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage rapidly changing situations.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions rather than problems.
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
