
Your role
- Responsible for Distribution Center suppliers’ performance improvement and monitor with regards to Quality, Cost, Delivery.
- Actively monitor and mitigate supplier risk including financial, capacity, quality, and compliance.
- Make recommendations to the supply chain optimization.
- Continue drive CC7 saving targets for service spares.
- Maintain and develop strategic relationship with suppliers as the focal point of VSS purchasing.
- Accountable for leading or execution of assigned sourcing projects (localization, resourcing, direct purchasing, etc).
- Conduct or support negotiations and supplier selection.
- Make or renew supplying contrct which can acccomodate VSS buisness needs and strategy.
- Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts and suppliers, from introduction and ramp-up to obsolescence, actively seeking replacement technologies and solutions to ensure supply chain continuity and optimization.Growth Mindset & Initiative – takes ownership, seeks to learn new systems/tools.
- Detail-Oriented but Big-Picture Aware – ensures data integrity while connecting it to business strategy.
- Adaptability – can pivot priorities quickly when supplier or production issues arise.
- Work in close alignment with PCs to ensure divisional sourcing strategies support to balance supply continuity, cost efficiency, and material availability, while proactively addressing potential bottlenecks or supply risks.
- Lead or support VSS divisional initiatives through effective project execution and change management, driving adoption of new sourcing practices and strategies.
- Collaboration – works cross-functionally with PC/DC/STC/CC/Division and builds trust with stakeholders.
- Work on other tasks assigned for VSS.
To succeed, you will need
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Education Level:
Prefered Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Relevant Previous Experience:
5+ yrs Procurement sourcing experience, commodity management or supply chain experience
Knowledge areas / Skills:

- Highly skilled in Office softwares..
- Comfortable extracting and analyzing supply chain data from ERP systems.
- Able to turn trends and KPIs into clear, actionable insights for management.
- Strong negotiting skills
- Excellent communication, time management and ability to work independently
- High level of analytical skills, advanced user of spreadsheets and databases
- Engineering background to undersatnd engineering & technical requirement
- Project management
- Skilled ERP (SAP) User
