Your role

As a Sales Manager, Start Up Company, You will

Business development:

  • To lead the sales team to further develop the company with Profitable Growth and increase Market Share by establishing strong people and organization competence
  • To develop better relationships with new and existing customers (Key customers) / partners to further enhance our success with new products and application
  • To develop and implement sales strategies to increase OR and OI
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling sales performance by C4C and Power BI
  • Explain by regular meetings to explain the forecast, KPIs, and other activities
  • To investigate customer, market, segment, and competitor activity

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams :

  • Collaborate with application team, engineering team and marketing to drive customer satisfaction and enhance market entry
  • Exchange information with customers, agents and distributors to provide effective feedback to the division and develop competitive solutions
  • Drive customer satisfaction in collaboration with related functions

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field
  • Business-level English skills
  • Over 3 years of experience in sales manegement or a related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in Vacuum technology related field
  • Strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to preopare materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc., in line with objectives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics tools
  • Create a positive and harmonious working environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers.
