Driven by technology, powered by people

Whether you're working as an operator, supervisor, team leader, quality engineer or production manager: in our manufacturing environment, you're a vital link for quality, efficiency and innovation.

As a manufacturing employee, you're responsible for finished products – from high-tech machining in our smart factory to assembly. Production and assembly are a thoughtful interplay of technology, process expertise and human insight, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

Optimizing processes that contribute to a reliable production flow is crucial. We call that operational excellence. The work of our colleagues has already been recognized with several awards.

What can you expect from working in manufacturing?

As a manufacturing employee at Atlas Copco Group, you can count on:

  • teamwork with committed and skilled colleagues
  • ownership: you’re encouraged to think along, adjust, and improve. We want to hear your ideas! The one closest to the problem is also the closest to the solution.
  • safety, ergonomics and well-being at the workplace
  • a permanent contract from day one for various roles
  • competitive salary and work-life balance
  • training and coaching

Upskilling and reskilling

Skills are important, but motivation and eagerness to learn are just as valuable. For some roles, no technical background is required. We’ll provide the skillset through internal training programs, such as our CNC, painting, or maintenance academy.

Don't hesitate to apply if you:

  • want to take responsibility and show initiative
  • value precision and quality
  • are flexible and a true team player
