Together we make it happen

That is our credo. Every day.

Every link in the logistics chain counts and our colleagues know that. With us it is no nonsense and there is a real ‘We can do it’ mentality. We are down to earth in Limburg and everyone has input and a say. Whoever is closest to the problem is often closest to the solution.  So bring on those ideas of what we could do better.

Testimonial logistics engineer

With a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management in hand, I began my journey at Atlas Copco Group five years ago as a Logistic Engineer. I was given the freedom and trust to work independently, while also being able to rely on the warm and open working atmosphere within PTD to support me. We call that ‘freedom with accountability’ at Atlas Copco Group.

As a Logistic Engineer, my role was to manage projects, develop innovative ideas, and in doing so, support and simplify the daily operational tasks of the Call Off planners. My skills grew, as did the trust placed in me, and I was gradually assigned larger and more complex projects. Over the course of five years, I was able to grow into a cornerstone of our Call Off department.

In January 2025, I seized the opportunity and transitioned from Logistic Engineer to Team Leader Inventory Management. I became the manager of the very planners I had supported for years through my projects. When I zoom out, not much has really changed: I still do my best every day to support my team as much as possible. But of course, my focus now also lies in motivating and developing them as individuals and as employees within Atlas Copco Group. Talk about a full circle moment!

Team Sustainability

Our long-term strategy is focused on sustainable innovation. By signing the Science-Based Targets, Atlas Copco Group was again a pioneer. For example, we have science-based targets for CO2 reduction for our products and operations. This long-standing focus on sustainable productivity is paying off. It is also an incentive to set up new actions locally."

Jeroen Meeusen, General Manager

In Team Sustainability, employees are involved in the local sustainability policy. The team brainstorms and implements actions. Many ideas come from the colleagues themselves, so the initiatives are widely supported.
