- Research
You investigate a technological issue according to the needs of the customer without losing sight of sustainability, quality and efficiency. You prepare business cases and defend them to the management. With us you can experiment to learn - There is always a better way. - Development
You design products, namely energy-efficient products that embrace circularity. Every development must be a step forward. You can see your product come to life in production and adjust as needed. Many of our products are “smart” and use software and AI applications. - Test engineering
You test prototypes of new product designs. Your analysis and expertise are crucial to draw the right conclusions from the tests and recommend adjustments where needed. - Manufacturing- engineering
You work in our manufacturing environment and support operators and mechanics in making or assembling our products. You secure the processes and capture input from the mechanics. In our smart factory we work with robots, cobots and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles).
