Automation for quality and efficiency

The winning team developed an automated production line, machining and assembly that produces the heart of a compressor unit. Combining visual recognition and artificial intelligence ensures that the right components are used. This reduces the production time for a job from 20 minutes to just 10 minutes, with the robot now doing 90% of the work.

Cooperation between man and machine

This automation does not mean replacing human labor but complementing it. The future in production lies in harmonious cooperation between man and robot.

"Thanks to automation, we have increased output with the same team. "
