Main Responsibilities –
- Delivering allocated tasks and meet objectives as agreed with line manager, placement supervisor and mentor.
- Supporting sourcing and supplier management activities.
- Assisting with supplier performance reviews.
- Participating in inventory optimisation projects.
- Analysing supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work autonomously and flexibly including multi-tasking.
- Make recommendations for process improvement in terms of workflow, procedures, training, compliance management
- Identifying savings opportunities through benchmarking, value engineering & optimising replenishment methods
- Escalating, Directing, and resolving supplier queries if they arise.
