Jessica began her Atlas Copco journey in Service Operations, a field far removed from her business degree. Surrounded by engineering graduates, she faced an unfamiliar environment—but instead of stepping back, she embraced the challenge.
She went on to thrive as a Service Planner for nearly nine years, sharpening her curiosity and expanding her expertise. These experiences inspired her to explore new roles and contribute to the company in broader ways. The transition included conflicts and setbacks, but Jessica learned to stay open, listen actively, and adjust with intention—qualities she now passes on to her team.
