Empowering the Next Generation: PHI Launches Service Academy and Migration Program

Through the Service Academy, we are not just building skills-we are building futures and empowering the next generation of Filipino professionals to rise, lead, and succeed

We’re excited to announce the opening of the Service Academy in thePhilippines—a key initiative to help Technicians develop the skillsneeded to deliver excellent service to our Customers. The academyoffers structured training and hands-on experience, creating strongfoundations for meaningful careers both locally and abroad.​

To complement this, we’ve introduced the Service Migration Program,which provides international career pathways for Filipino talent. Byhiring recent graduates, offering training and certification, andworking closely with Customer Centers worldwide, we ensure asmooth and efficient deployment process.

Leading this initiative is Niño Dilig,Competence Specialist Manager, who willoversee the operations and trainingprograms of the academy. Supportingthis effort is Leizyl Maglente, ServiceAcademy HR, who will manage therecruitment and selection of skilledcandidates to ensure a continuouspipeline of qualified talent.​
