We’re excited to announce the opening of the Service Academy in the Philippines—a key initiative to help Technicians develop the skills needed to deliver excellent service to our Customers. The academy offers structured training and hands-on experience, creating strong foundations for meaningful careers both locally and abroad.
To complement this, we’ve introduced the Service Migration Program, which provides international career pathways for Filipino talent. By hiring recent graduates, offering training and certification, and working closely with Customer Centers worldwide, we ensure a smooth and efficient deployment process.
Leading this initiative is Niño Dilig, Competence Specialist Manager, who will oversee the operations and training programs of the academy. Supporting this effort is Leizyl Maglente, Service Academy HR, who will manage there cruitment and selection of skilled candidates to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified talent.
