On Friday, 7 August 2026, colleagues gathered at Pennant Hills Golf Club to celebrate a remarkable milestone and recognise two employees whose dedication, commitment and contributions have helped shape Atlas Copco Group over the past 25 years. We are proud to welcome Glenn Vallis from Group Internal Audit South Asia Pacific and Anony Truong, Business Controller from Atlas Copco Power Technique as the newest members of the Atlas Copco Group Gold Club.
We were joined by colleagues and leaders including Vice President Holdings Southeast Asia and Oceania, Wendy Buffa Pace, Holdings HR Manager Oceania, Fiona Halliday and General Managers Matthew Hobden and Alexandre Leite. The luncheon provided an opportunity to reflect on the impact Glenn and Anony have made throughout their careers and to celebrate their induction into a truly distinguished group of employees.

Established in Sweden in 1968 by then President and CEO Kurt-Allan Belfrage, the Gold Club was created to honour employees who have served and contributed to the development of Atlas Copco Group for 25 years or more. Today, the Gold Club has approximately 6,000 active members worldwide, representing an incredible 150,000 years of combined experience. Employees become eligible for membership after completing 25 years of service, whether through continuous employment or combined periods of service within the Group. As part of their induction, Glenn and Anony were presented with the Gold Club's golden badge of merit, joining 109 other Gold Club members in Australia’s history.
