
Your role
o Collaborate with Market Intelligence colleague and Zonal Sales Team to estimate full potential of market size and competition figures to increase Customer share and there by developing Air Treatment & Oil Free Products of IAT Division - Business in Indian Market
• Utilize advanced data analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential competitive threats.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Zonal Sales Teams to gather insights into market dynamics and customer needs.
• Provide support through tailored sales tools and training presentations.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of best practices and continuous improvement.
• In-depth analysis of market performance and the competitive landscape.
• Prepare competitive analysis tools such as Streetfighters and Ready Reckoners.
2. Business development activities:
• Develop blogs, vlogs, product catalogs, and training presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our range of Total Solutions.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the Divisional Product Managers to refine and enhance content based on market feedback and performance metrics.
• Create a strong network with key association bodies, OEMs and Key customers and explore business opportunities
• Make business presentations at key events within and outside the organization to increase product and brand reach
• Conduct product gap analysis to identify unmet customer needs.
• Collaborate with the product development team to propose new products or enhancements.
• Prepare competitive analysis tools such as Streetfighters and Ready Reckoners.
• Proactively identify and address competence gaps in direct/dealer and OE channels on a periodic basis
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred with a Prior B. Tech in graduation.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the Compressor Technique Business Area
• Extensive knowledge of above Industrial Air Technologies and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Proficiency in business analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) and experience with modern marketing platforms.
