The Mission of the Sales Engineer – Low Pressure is to develop and implement business strategies to achieve profitable volume and market share growth for Atlas Copco’s Low Pressure products lines in Vietnam. She or he leads the direct sales process with focus EPCs, OEMs, and end customers. In parallel, she or he supports both the direct and indirect sales channels, develops the products and application knowledge of the sales team and distributors, leads marketing campaigns to generate sales leads and develops the business plans for sustainable profitable growth. She or he will report to the Business Line Manager of the Oil-free Air division.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement business plans to grow market share & profit of the Low Pressure products lines
- Lead the pro-active sales process with focus customers from targeting prospects to implementing solutions that create superior customer value
- Develop a future proof indirect sales strategy for the Low Pressure lines, approach and bring on board targeted partners and build and maintain a sustainable relationship
- Engage the direct Medium Pressure sales team ( Core products: Z_Tooth, G/GA, Z_Screw) to promote the Low Pressure Products lines with existing customers, develop their application and product knowledge and offer support to individual projects
- Create lead generation campaigns for the different sales channels to increase our presence in focus industry segments with focus products
- Utilize the full potential of CRM and other sales tools to optimize sales efficiency
- Organize the launch of new products and features and equip the sales team with adequate sales arguments to drive customer value
- Take responsibility of strategic price management in line with the customer value of each product range and coordinate with the Business Line Manager and Sales and Products Manager
- Interact with the marketing team in the factories worldwide
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies and activities on a regular basis
- Enhance internal collaboration through close communications with other divisions and departments in the organization
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical/commercial environment
- Solid knowledge in the blower and/or compressor air industry
- Experience working in a large and complex organization
