Your future job

The Role

  1. Contribute to the company’s mission of product leadership by developing safe, environment, energy saving and reliable products with a First-Time Right approach.
  2. Help to achieve the company’s mission of cost leadership through a cost-conscious lean design and innovation for cost leading solutions.
  3. Work closely with Marketing, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Aftermarket to deliver the projects on time in full. Set up a time frame taking the available resources and priorities into consideration. Coordinate tasks to respect to the set planning.
  4. Prepare technical drawings/specifications/qualification plan, compile reports for PTM/PCM
  5. Closely get involved with prototype assembly and prototype tests in the lab.
  6. Play an active role in supplier visits and technical meetings with suppliers together with the Sourcing engineers to have components with the right quality at market-leading cost.
  7. Visit customers to get a better customer understanding and follow-up endurance tests or quality issues.
  8. Support product line and service teams with difficult to solve quality issues.
  9. Work according to a lesson learned approach and believe there is always a better way.

What we expect of you? 

Experience requirements

  1. Prefereed working experience over 3 years
  2. Experience in compressed-Air Treatment, or refrigerant equipments industry is preferred

Knowledge/Educational requirements

  1. University degree or above, science and engineering background (prefer one of below: Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal energy and power, Refrigeration, Measurement and control technology and instruments)
  2. Mandarin mother tongue, good English reading and written, oral is preferred.
  3. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Inventor and MRP systems is an asset.
  4. Understand DFMEA, safety review and related legal requirements.

  1. Good communicator and able to convince others to contribute to the realization of your projects
  2. Being able to work independently and hands-on
  3. Passion to learn in different technical area.
  4. Positive thinking and see a challenge in every obstacle

Pan-Asia Gas Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Pan-Asia”) was founded in Jan. 2016 as a whole owned company in Atlas Copco group. Pan-Asia now belongs to Industrial Air Division in Compressor Technique business area of Atlas Copco.

Pan-Asia is a R&D and manufacture center for OIS compressors, refrigerant dryers, air receivers and small filters, further improving the efficiency of the assembly operation for OIS compressors and air treatment in East China. All the products cover 9 brand within Atlas Copco, including brand: Bolaite, Liutech, Quincy, Linghein, Chicago Pneumatic, Ceccato, Pneumatech, Shenda and of course Atlas Copco brand. As the diversity of the products, Pan-Asia is able to supply the whole product portfolio in compressor room in various industry segments, like general manufacture, cement and automobile.
