Your Role

In this position, you will support the growth of the Company's aftermarket business through a strong commitment to delivering high quality maintenance, repair and overhaul of portable air compressors, generators, and dewatering pumps.

You will:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on portable compressors, generators, and dewatering pumps according to manufacturer's recommendations.
• Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment, determine causes, and perform repairs.
• Test and document proper operating parameters.
• Provide basic tools for the job along with normal maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Develop rapport with customer through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
• Train and assist other service technicians.
• Promote and practice proper safety procedures using personal protective equipment as needed.

To succeed, you will need  

• A high school diploma and a 2 years of technical service experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
• 1-2 years of experience servicing and repairing compressed air, generator, and dewatering pump equipment.
• Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of portable compressors.
