
Your role
To strategically source and secure high-quality, cost-effective parts while fostering strong supplier relationships that drive value, support operational excellence, and contribute to Atlas Copco’s long-term growth.
To succeed, you will need
Commodity management
- Conduct demands analysis and supply market research.
- Support company to define commodity strategy and roadmap for “should cost” & “focus suppliers”.
- Lead resourcing projects in PTM, and report status to management in PCM.
- Control purchase prices for standard and special orders.
- Review commodity status with division on monthly & quarterly basis.
Supplier’s management
- Search new suppliers for better cost, quality, and delivery.
- Lead new supplier qualification and audit, maintain approval supplier list.
- Make decision for supplier selection with other stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers’ evaluation and development.
- Motivate suppliers’ innovation.
Project management
- Initiate cost reduction projects, get it approved in PCM, and make it happen through collective efforts from different departments.
- Be part of special-order project team for cost/VK control and improvement.
- Facilitate standard machine development.
Order management
- Support carry-out activities from purchasing to pay.
- Support sales team to make quick quotation.
- Participate PQM for supplier’s quality analysis and improvement.
- Other jobs assigned by management.
- Comply with the safety and quality management requirements of the company and related parties.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Suzhou, China (CN). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
