Atlas Copco Group’s Water for All organization in the United States has donated $15,000 to support Water Mission’s emergency response efforts following the devastating earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24, 2026.
Two powerful earthquakes, measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude, struck less than one minute apart, causing widespread destruction, loss of life, and severe disruption to critical infrastructure across the country. Thousands have been injured, and millions are affected, with many communities facing urgent shortages of safe water.
Atlas Copco Group is helping enable Water Mission’s rapid deployment of its Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) to assess water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) needs and begin delivering safe water solutions to impacted communities.

Charleston, S.C.-based Water Mission brings more than 25 years of experience delivering safe water in disaster situations and will work with local partners to provide emergency supplies and sustainable solutions where they are needed most. Atlas Copco Group in the United States has a strong history of supporting Water Mission’s impactful work, including previous disaster relief efforts in the United States and Jamaica.
Water for All is Atlas Copco Group’s primary community engagement initiative, funded through voluntary employee donations that are double matched by the company. Since 2010, the U.S. organization has contributed more than $4 million to support WASH initiatives in communities around the world.
