Outreach and community

Atlas Copco Group is committed to recruiting and retaining the very best talent, and we believe in the power of diverse teams. As such, we collaborate with a number of organizations focused on education, recruiting programs, and developing the future workforce of manufacturing.

Heroes MAKE America

Atlas Copco Group is a proud partner of  Heroes MAKE America (HMA), a Department of Defense-approved SkillBridge program run by the Manufacturing Institute. HMA provides integrated certification and career-readiness training to help transitioning service members, veterans, National Guard members, reservists, and military spouses prepare for careers in manufacturing.

Water for All North America

This is Atlas Copco’s primary community engagement program. Employees can voluntarily donate through payroll, and the company provides a double match—turning every dollar into three.

Over the past fifteen years, the North American Water for All  program has supported 74 projects across 25 countries, helping hundreds of thousands of people gain access to clean water. The program has donated over $3.5 million, including support for domestic disaster relief efforts in Texas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and North Carolina.
