- Mission and Role Scope: The CSC Manager leads the Customer Solution Center to deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective, and timely customer-specific solutions, managing local engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and delivery, while integrating with global frameworks and collaborating in a matrix organization.
- Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include ensuring product quality and delivery, operational excellence in procurement and manufacturing, technical authority over engineering changes, compliance with safety and quality standards, financial management, people development, and fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across centers.

- Core Competencies: The role demands functional expertise in engineering and manufacturing management, product lifecycle, quality and compliance, ERP systems, leadership qualities emphasizing safety and accountability, strong customer focus, and effective communication within global matrix organizations.
- Qualifications and Experience: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM fields, preferably with a master’s or MBA, along with 6–8 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical leadership, including experience with customized solutions, supplier management, and knowledge of SAP and ISO systems.
