Your Role
MVR System Design and Optimization
- Independently complete the technical design of the MVR evaporation and concentration system based on customer process parameters (such as evaporation rate, material characteristics, and energy consumption requirements), and output P&ID diagrams, equipment selection lists, and energy efficiency analysis reports.
- Provide customized solutions for complex conditions such as high salinity and high COD, optimizing the coordinated configuration of steam compressors, heat exchangers, and vacuum pumps.
Comprehensive Customer Technical Support
- Pre-sales: Lead technical exchanges, participate in on-site inspections and needs assessments, and prepare technical agreements and bidding documents.
- Quotations: Coordinate equipment costs, installation, commissioning, and operation and maintenance costs, provide competitive quotation models, and simultaneously output risk contingency plans.
- After-sales: Track project implementation, lead commissioning and acceptance, provide operational training, and solve process adaptation issues during system operation.
Market and Competitor Strategy Empowerment
- Extract application cases of MVR in chemical, environmental protection, and pharmaceutical fields, and create industry white papers and technical comparison manuals (such as cost comparisons with multi-effect evaporation technology).
- Monitor competitor product dynamics and provide feedback to the R&D department to promote product iteration (such as suggestions for upgrading corrosion-resistant materials).
Cross-department Collaboration and Knowledge Accumulation
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate industry breakthrough plans and provide major customers with a "technical + business" combination strategy.
- Establish an MVR application database (including a typical fault database and selection parameter database), lead internal technical training, and mentor new employees.
To succeed, you will need
