Your role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially:
- Power BI for building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
- Power Apps for developing low-code business applications.
- Power Automate for automating workflows and integrating services.
- A solid understanding of the Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and security roles.
- Experience in connecting and transforming data from various sources, both cloud and on-premises.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or a willingness to learn emerging technologies in the Microsoft data ecosystem.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions that align with business needs and governance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a user-centric mindset.
- Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for learning new tools and features within the Power Platform and broader Microsoft ecosystem.
To succeed, you will need
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, secure technology changes that meet complex technical requirements and architectures.
- Experienced in end-to-end testing to ensure delivered solutions/services are scalable, maintainable, and meet user needs.
- Demonstrable experience developing and/or configuring relevant data, integration, and other relevant technologies (e.g. DataVerse, Databricks).
- Demonstrable experience with DevOps tooling to automate development and deployment processes desirable (e.g. CICD).
- Hands-on experience in relevant programming languages (e.g. DAX), and other frameworks to deliver change.
- Deep engineering expertise in one or more technical domains (e.g., data engineering, integrations, Cloud), demonstrated with relevant technical certifications where applicable (e.g. Power Platform Fundamentals).
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments.
