Who we are: We are multiple companies under the roof of Atlas Copco AB Group (Group), each of us developing, marketing and selling our own products and services. Within our group we are using in certain areas common tools for simplification and efficiency reasons. E.g., for marketing purposes.

Purpose and legal basis of the data processing: The offered service measures and reports on the engagement of individuals with content being made available to them. It involves providing the related data controller with the information, content, insights, analytics and tools that help him to streamline and improve interactions by and between internal collaborators (e.g. sales teams, marketing teams, …). To the extent the individual in question is connecting to and interacting with the services, the services measure the engagement of the individual in respect of content shared, analyze the individual’s behavior therewith, as well as measure the attractiveness of the content shared. The legal basis for the lawful processing of personal data is your consent as described in Art. 6,1 (a) GDPR.
Additionally, certain Personal Data necessary for technical reasons is processed based on legitimate interest Art. 6,1 (f) GDPR.
Data we collect: Certain contact information is being processed (i.e. directly identifiable Personal Data such as an e-mail address or name), as well as certain account information, behavioral information, device information, connection information, content, integrations with marketing automation and / or CRM services, respectively.
If you do not provide your personal data, we might not be able to interact with you and to deliver the content as requested.
International data recipients: The data processor is using third-party technology and service providers for the purposes described in their Privacy Principles. Where such export occurs, the data processor ensures that such transfer occurs under the necessary legal provisions as required by the applicable legislation in order to provide for an adequate level of protection of your Personal Data (e.g. adequacy decision of the EU commission (e.g. EU-US Privacy Shield), binding corporate rules, EU standard contractual clauses, …).
Data retention period: We will keep your personal data as a content recipient as long as you are interacting with us through the services and for a period of 6 months after your last activity. The Shared Spaces (if applicable), as well as all Personal Data is deleted, resulting in the fact that all analytics are anonymized.
If you have a user account, from the moment the account is deleted, the Personal Data is also deleted, and the insights are anonymized. 30 days after that the deletion is irreversible.
Data subject rights, right to log a complaint: As a data subject whose Personal Data is being processed you have the right to:
- Obtain access to your Personal Data as processed by the related data controller;
- Request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your Personal Data;
- Object to the processing of your Personal Data where processing is based on the legal ground of “consent”;
- Request to receive your Personal Data in a machine-readable format at the discretion of the controller, enabling the data to be transferred to a similar service;
- If the processing of personal data takes place on the legal basis of "consent", you can revoke your consent to the future processing of your personal data at any time.
These rights must be exercised towards the related data controller. To exercise these rights, you have to provide proof of your identity.

We are using the services of Showpad
NV, a Belgian company (located in Moutstraat 62, 9000 Gent, Belgium; company ID836.159.992 RPR Gent), as well as of its affiliates (including Showpad Inc., a Delaware company with address 1 N. State St., Suite #1100 (11th Floor), Chicago, IL 60602, USA; company ID 5314227).
Showpad uses certain Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications. Through these applications Showpad, being the Data Processor
as defined in the Art. 4,8 General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR), processes certain personal data on our behalf. These data are controlled by the related Group entity, acting as the Data Controller
as defined in the Art. 4,7 GDPR.
Showpad complies with the U.S. Privacy Shield and is registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce's U.S. Privacy Shield Program. This provides guarantees of compliance with EU data protection law. We have a Data Processing Agreement
with Showpad where we give instructions for the processing of personal data. Showpad assures that they process these data in accordance with the GDPR. Showpad stores the data on servers of service providers without controlling its collection or management.
The agreement prohibits Showpad from using this information unless it is necessary for the provision and improvement of the subscription service as permitted by the Privacy Principles at https://www.showpad.com/gdpr/
