New Head of Compressor Technique

Stockholm, April 25, 1997---Bengt Kvarnbäck, presently Senior Executive Vice President and Head of the Industrial Technique business area, has been appointed Head of the Compressor Technique business area with its business center in Belgium. He will take up his position on June 1, 1997.
Stockholm, April 25, 1997---Bengt Kvarnbäck, presently Senior Executive Vice President and Head of the Industrial Technique business area, has been appointed Head of the Compressor Technique business area with its business center in Belgium. He will take up his position on June 1, 1997.
Bengt Kvarnbäck, Mining Engineer from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, 1970, started his professional career in Sandvik. In 1982, he took up a new position as President of the rock drilling tools company Secoroc within Fagersta AB. Between 1987-1991 he was President of Invik and during the latter part responsible for Kinnevik’s business area Media.
In 1992, he joined the Atlas Copco Group as Head of Industrial Technique business area.
